Bandon A.F.C are proud to announce that Ajax Academy strength and conditioning coach, Ronald Joorse, will visit Bandon A.F.C on Sunday 16th of July. Ronald, a former Judo champion, is renowned for his innovative and fun approach to strength and conditioning.
He is flying over during the Ajax off-season to introduce his ideas and methods in coach education workshops to the children and coaches of Bandon A.F.C.
Cost:
Coaches/parents/adults: €10. Time 10-2. 1st hour classroom based. 3 hours pitch based.
School of excellence up to U16s can can participate (pitch session) on Sunday from 11-2 for a cost of €5.
