Bandon got back to winning ways with a solid victory away to Carrigaline. The first half was scoreless but Bandon had the majority of the play but for some bad luck and poor finishing they failed to breach the Carrigaline defence.
The deadlock was broken after 55 mins when Colm Dinneen shot low from 25 yds and beat the keeper. 5 mins later Bandon were 2 up when the Carrigaline defender put into his own net after pressure from Owen Nolan.Colm Dinneen who was having a great game made it 3 after 65 mins with a great shot from 30 yards out the ball sent To the top corner. Bandon made it 4 when Mateuss Mateus scored his first goal for the club.
Players to note were Jack Kelly Joe Gibson and Brian O’Connell but man of the match was Colm Dinneen.
