Congratulations to our own Kate & Aine O’Donovan – FAI Cup winners

Well done and congratulations to Bandon AFC’s Kate O’Donovan who played mid-field at the weekend in the Cork City Woman’s FC in FAI Cup Final 1-0 win over UCD Waves in the Aviva!
Kate who played up with the Bandon AFC Schoolgirls teams, has also play in several Cork representative sides, has been capped for Ireland at underage level and now finds herself justifiably a core part of the winning Cork side.

Aine who is of course major part of the underage setup in the club with her involved with a number of both girls and boys teams is also a part of Cork City Woman’s management setup where she brings her terrific enthusiasm for all things soccer.

Again, well done to both girls on this fantastic achievement. The committee and its members are extremely proud of you.
